(no subject)

Happy Halloween.
I stopped at Goodwill and got a 3-ruffle skirt to go with the pink corset. Lucky find! Stick on some white lace gloves and funky boots, and you pretty much have a sort of Madonna costume. Now I just have to find a place to wear this stuff. I have no idea what I'm doing tonight...Brendan wants me to find something interesting for us to do, but I can't really think of anything besides ManRay. I'd prefer to go to a party, I guess, but in some ways I don't care that much. With the move happening, it was too much of a hassle to really figure out Halloween plans.

Last night B and I looked at wah-wah and distortion pedals for my cello. Then we went to see the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I actually didn't find it all that scary. Disturbing, yes, but I didn't get into the zone where I forget that it's Just A Movie. And more background story would've been nice.



I'm injecting today for the first time in over a month. I hope I haven't lost my touch. We'll see.

possibilities for Halloween festivities...

*go trick-or-treating in Somerville, and try my best to drag B along, and drglam since she's up from amherst
*do something else with drglam and drag B along
*do something with just B
*do something with drglam and forget about B since he's got yoga class and has been sick all week anyway
*stay home with no lights on and drink hard liquor (which is creepy in itself)

i think i'll just make some calls when i get home, get my "costume" together, and see what falls into place. now THERE's a novel idea.

i have a headache. i think it's because i ate too much sugar today.
