Generation Why

I'm consuming the Ender's Shadow series quite rapidly. I finished Ender's Shadow on Friday night, and I'm over halfway through Shadow of The Hegemon. I should be done with Shadow Puppets and Shadow Of The Giant before the three-week due date.

I'm totally absorbed in these books. They're only fiction, but nonetheless they're forcing my analytical brain to emerge. I tend to be most grounded and serene when my thinky brain is occupied. Hm, maybe that's why I majored in science to begin with...analysis gives me peace. I'm one of those strange people that actually wishes for homework.

Then there's the matter of getting ahold of the original Ender series...none of the local libraries have copies of Speaker For The Dead available. I'll have to see if I can find a used copy of it somewhere.

Mmm, books. *chomp chomp* What could be tastier than paper and ink? Yum.
