the goal is to get to the blue line. then head to wonderland. the airport stop is along that line.
there are several buses serving the terminals. which bus you take depends on which terminal you are headed to. i highly suggest going to http://www.massport.com to get oriented with gettng to logan...it's not very difficult.
Red Line inbound to Park Street. Green Line (any line; B C D or E) northbound one stop to Government Center. Be annoyed by stairs to Blue Line. Blue Line (destination Wonderland) 4 stops to Airport. Take escalator or stairs up. Shuttle bus. There are two shuttle buses to the terminals. Read the big posted signs, look for your airline, take the appropriate bus.
It's a pain to do because of all the changes (you'll learn the true meaning of "luggage"), but the total travel time is pretty short-- sometimes less than an hour, though you should allow an hour and a half. The Blue Line is typically the longest wait.
