the ALS people got back to me. they want a writing sample to see if i'm qualified to work on their newsletter. they're "very excited about the prospect of having me on board." i haven't gotten back to them yet, i think i have a phobic mental block about getting a new job. i need to get a grip.

i also need to go to bed now because the sleep aid is knocking me on my ass. g'night.
