the mind is like a train. it can be very efficient to run over the same tracks day after day. unfortunately sometimes the wheels disengage and the train gets derailed. this event, and the process of trying to get the train BACK on the tracks, is known as an anxiety attack. often occurs when a person has had too little sleep, too much on their mind, too much coffee, etc.

so who else wants to have some drinks with me, 'cause at the moment, i'm out of ideas!! (you think i'm joking? just because it's a weeknight? heh...try me.)
