fuckin' a...so i got to work early this morning, and started setting up immediately. took 20cc's of my own blood at 9:10. put the plasma on the column.

i collected barely any cells from the column. either i fucked something up when i drew, or with the column, or i have no platelets in my bloodstream...i'm so pissed off. my supervisor isn't worried about it----"it happens to everyone". but i myself am really ticked. i had all these glamorous plans of reproducing data and doing a million dilutions of some new antibodies we got yesterday, but i only have about a tenth of the source material i was expecting to have.

fuckity fuck.
this really kind of ruined my day.

well, i must really be enthusiastic about my work if i'm this pissed.
