in other world news, my knee sucks. it's really swollen. it's kind of like a vestigial leg. i am staying away from the eliptical machine at the gym for a while---i think i've been irritating it. thank god it doesn't prevent me from swimming laps, i'd go bonkers.
supposedly, i'm having my car fixed tomorrow. having a functional parking brake will be VERY nice...the rest i could give a shit about, except that i need to get it inspected. and new tires are needed, so i won't get into accidents or get stuck when it snows, as it is doing right now.
i wonder if anyone thinks it's weird that i wear nothing but black and red to the gym every day. probably not.

and my bass is due for delivery tomorrow...i'm crossing my fingers that everything will work out and i'll finally get my instrument after 10 months of lusting and drooling over everyone else's basses. it's time to stop borrowing and wearing out other people's strings! yes!! i will be a LEGITIMATE bassist!!!

or something. time to go wake someone up from their nap, i think.
