If it's not an ulcer, and in fact is stress-related, dietary changes might help. Or, you could have suddenly developed a sensitivity to wheat. Or dairy.
You don't know me--I was surfing friends of friends of friends and as someone who had an ulcer for a year during the Dark Ages when they thought they were caused by stress and acid (which cleared up in two weeks on antibiotics!) I felt compelled to comment.

unfortunently at the same time, i had a lovely cold, so i wasn't allowed to eat dairy either :(
