i need to make a decision

first off, i have a stupid question. where exactly is the garment district in boston/cambridge/whatever? ive only lived in framingham since mid-may, so i'm allowed to be ignorant still...i think...but my stupidity allowance is almost used up, so help me out, peeps.

i woke up sneezing this morning, so i went out and did a superficial car cleanout. moved out all my shit, vacuumed, wiped down the interior. it'll do for test drives. now that that's done, i have to decide what to do with my day. a few options:

1. go to Cambridge and wander around...start working on the final "study" of my friend's mom's peach gladiolas in some cafe. cost: 4 bucks to park my car, $1 per subway token.

2. get chocolate chips and bake cookies for myself and my housemates. cost: probably about ten bucks?

3. make a serious effort to clean my room. cost: a good deal of sweat and probably a lot of sneezing.

i think i'll go to the market and buy cookie stuff, and then go to cambridge. later on i'll make cookies and start working on my room tonight or tomorrow. i think i want to be around anonymous strangers today.

my ancient boombox is good for something...i just recorded a little ditty with my bass and my cello. the cello part is high with trills and glissando. it has poor playback quality, but i needed to save it on something. i think i'll be filling out harmonies with some echoey, sparse guitar chords. it would be nice to organize an ethereal rock cello outfit sometime...someone somewhere has got to be interested in that...
