(no subject)

i am in the office right now, utilizing the high-speed internet. i love DSL. in a minute i'm gonna march down to the lab with a sample list in my hand, go in, and blow some shit up. (just kidding, actually we don't have any chemicals in the lab that cause explosions. but you gotta love phenol, which eats through your clothes and causes 3rd degree burns if you spill it on yourself.)
some days i can't believe this is what i actually do for work. but i think it's what i've always wanted to do, which must make me a real wierdo. oh well!
