Adding video??

Is there any way to add video files from your saved photos to a Dreamwidth post? I can’t find one. I’m wondering if there’s another site for uploading one’s videos that isn’t a social media platform….hrmmm.

Have you tried Flickr? I think it still can act as a video gallery. Once uploaded, use the HTML code Flickr gives you and paste that into your Dreamwidth post. Let's see if this works (caribou playing with a wheelbarrow, hosted on Flickr):



OK... Flickr's solution looks like the embed just sends you Flickr? Or that could be because Flickr can no longer play my old avi video! Welcome to format rot.
