cellomusetteStarted packing last night and realized that I don't actually have that much stuff. 95 percent of my belongings are in my bedroom, which is not big anyway. As a bonus, I found a box under the bed that was already packed. with books.

maedbh7 came over last night for moral support while I packed and assessed my things. I found my journal from 1997-1998 and had her read it. My voice hasn't changed much. It was amusing listening to some of the things I wrote when I was seventeen. Maybe I'll post some choice quotes here when I unpack it.

I found a note in the kitchen this morning that said "so sorry about the noise last night, I thought you'd left for the night." I didn't hear a single thing last night. That amused me. People don't realize how much noise silicone earplugs block.
I had a huge headache this morning, so I stopped at CVS and bought a bottle of 750 ibuprofen tablets. While I was at it, I also bought sleep aid, earplugs, and latex. Not bad for an 8:30am shopping errand.
