Re phone: I was going to get phone service through Comcast, but since their internet service isn't even working, maybe I should just call Verizon or RCN and say Fuck That Shit.

I need to take serious action regarding this matter. I don't know what that action needs to be, but this is horribly frustrating, and I don't want to just sit here and whine about it. Advice/assistance would be very helpful, as I don't know what the bloody hell I'm doing. Thanks.
