This seems to be the week of old friends catching up with me. Saturday I got an email from a highschool pal, and yesterday there was a call from a college friend. I don't know how to prioritize my inbox, because everything's important.

I got a lot of sleep this weekend. I took two naps Sunday, then skipped a band outing after practice because I wanted more sleep. Now, I'm actually groggy from an overabundance of sleep. Man, does that feel good. Everything looks a shade brighter. Not getting enough sleep is one of the worst things I can do for my mental and physical health----I'm very dependent on it.

Seeing the new place for the first time has motivated me to start packing. First, I'll organize the miscellaneous crap in the boxes under my bed. There's a lot of stuff I never unpacked over the course of 10 months of living there. I should dispose of some.
I should figure out how to get these boxes from Longwood to my apartment. Hmm. Carrying boxes on the T was never appealing...

I basically have no food in the apartment. I should do something about that.
