Not quite as broke now.
Apr. 29th, 2004 12:56 pmPayday again. More money this time! Off to the ATM in the financial district of Boston, since that's the only ATM that supports my deposits this side of Newton Highlands.
Well, I have to do it if I want the rent check to clear. At least I found out my debit card doesn't expire for another month, and a new one's been mailed to my mom's address. So I can continue to have funds, uninterrupted.
Tonight I'm having Death Chicken with
fangirl715. Friday I have plans to get through discs 5, 6 and 7 of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Saturday's the massage party, and Sunday I have band practice. Again I'm thinking that some of my cello noodling from last week could amount to something.
Reviewing priorities:
Health= eating mostly vegetables and grains now. I had fish, quinoa, collards, and seaweed for dinner last night, and lunch today. I've been eating this way a lot. I'm getting over the bronchitis and the diet changes probably help.
Work= that's fine. Drew blood again today and got the vein right away this time. Unfortunately I got some blood on someone's pants...eek. Also, it's not THAT unusual to draw your own blood, I found out. My boss used to practice on herself because she was afraid to stick other people. So theoretically, I could learn to do this.
Music= yeah, band. I should write a song. I should first get better at bass, since it's my worst instrument.
Five hours of sleep; I would love a nap.
