Congrats, loravarnion on your PhD!!!

Wow. GREAT fuckin' party. I made some damn decent martinis. I drank a LOT. Fortunately, I'm the kind of girl who means 98% of what she does and says under the influence. I'm still drunk now. I guess I'd better hop offline lest I start licking people via LJ...no that I wouldn't do that sober, I just wouldn't have the convenient excuse.
You know how it is.
I've also had many glasses of water since my original intoxication event. So I'm probably cool for tomorrow.

more haircolor tales

Okay, the second henna application had better results. I mixed the dark and light hennas, made it thicker, and applied it hotter. Now my hair's actually red! Coppery, not flaming neon Elmo color. Subtle in normal light, but very glittery in the sunlight. And the color's not one flat shade, there are actual highlights and stuff. It feels thicker, too.
Mmm. Happy hair.

It's a NICE color, instead of an INSANE color. Time for new pictures, I think. Now if only my digital camera didn't suck...

(no subject)

My gooey mood got cut when I went grocery shopping today and couldn't take out cash because of "insufficient funds." I was livid.
I still haven't deposited my pay from Thursday. Just one of those things I can't get it together to do, I guess.

I feel very uncomfortable standing up and singing parts during band. I think it's because I'm used to hiding behind an instrument. I'm also trying to sing through globs of crap in my respiratory system. For some reason I'm paranoid that people will throw things at me if I fuck up the songs. Totally ridiculous and insulting to my bandmates, who are perfectly nice folks who would never do that. Except maybe jokingly.

loravarnion makes some fuckin' AWESOME collard greens with bacon.

And I need to kiss more girls. Dancing with more girls is a good goal too, I think.
