the recipe for tofu i was taught last night, i will gladly share:

1. press excess water out of the tofu and cut into cubes.
2. mix equal parts boullion, maple syrup, and sesame oil(roasted variety).
3. cook cubes in a saucepan with liquid, until all the liquid has cooked into the tofu. then keep cooking the cubes until they're nicely browned.
4. hiziki and carrots is extremely easy to prepare. soak the seaweed for 30 minutes, cut up the carrots, and steam it all until the carrots are tender. i threw in some soy sauce and rice vinegar as well. ginger would probably be a nice addition.
5. rice is really easy to make, so i won't give instructions on THAT.

good times.

No Diesel for me tonight. While it pains me not to go, it pains me more so physically to go...Cramps Of Doom and all. I did come home early, to pass out in my bed. I'd like to say I was surprised when I read the clockface at 6:25pm, but that would be a lie. Did I really expect to wake up at, say, 5pm? Nah.

I ought to put the DVD player in my bedroom, even though the TV's pathetically small. It'll be easier to watch this way, curled up in my Big Black Bed *tm. Maybe I should make a run for cocoa and ice cream and that sort of stuff, then I can go about watching one of the silly movies y'all suggested yesterday...
