(no subject)

Recently, the subject of me as a tattoo artist has come up again. interestingly, i ran into Brendan yesterday in Harvard Square. he was going in to get some work done on a large shoulder piece and invited me to come keep him company. Kathy, the tattooist, was very friendly (and yummy for that matter, but let's not digress for now)...she had a few helpful bits of info to share with me. Seems I won't be getting any serious work done, because I scar badly. I'm getting the idea that you can't start tattooing other people until you've gotten work done on yourself. If that's the case, I may as well hang it up.

B and I got into an interesting discussion over dinner. Apparently, he's starting to think he wants to be with more than one woman. He wants to know, how do polyamorous people balance their relationships? Unfortunately that's like asking...well, honestly, I can't think of a good analogy. Let's try one anyway. How many miles can you drive a car on one gallon of gas? It's stupid to think there's one answer. Totally depends on the car.

Oh hell, I'm not exactly an expert on this anyway. Maybe I should refer him to someone more knowledgable?
